Yes — in Miami-Dade County, a building permit is required for ALL fence installations regardless of height or material. We handle the entire permit process for you on every job.

Yes. We take care of pulling permits on every job that requires one. You don't need to deal with the county — we handle it as part of our service.

Generally: rear and side yards allow up to 6 feet, front yards allow up to 4 feet. Going taller requires a variance. HOA rules may be stricter — always check with your HOA before starting.

Yes — pool barriers always require a permit and must meet Florida Building Code requirements. The fence must be at least 4 feet tall with self-closing, self-latching gates.

We install wood (pressure-treated pine), vinyl/PVC, aluminum gates and fences, Durafence (steel tube), chain link (galvanized, black, and green), and picket fences. We also do fence repairs.

Durafence is a privacy fence system made from galvanized steel tubes. It is our most affordable and durable privacy fence option — it never rots, warps, or cracks. Available in white, bronze, and wood-grain finish in 6, 7, and 8-foot heights.

Durafence and chain link perform best in high winds. Chain link allows wind to pass through it, and Durafence steel tubes are extremely strong. All our fences use posts set deep in concrete for maximum stability.

We carry Durafence panels, posts, rails and caps; chain link mesh, posts and rails; vinyl and aluminum profiles; aluminum tubes (square, rectangular, round, flat bar, angle, U-channel); hardware including hinges, latches, cane bolts, and concrete.

Yes — we offer a workmanship warranty on all installations and repairs. If something fails due to our workmanship, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Yes — we repair all fence types regardless of who installed them. Post replacement, panel repair, gate adjustment, storm damage, rust treatment, and re-tensioning.
